Philadelphia Stoics discussion on “Stoic Writings”

“If we don’t put the right conceptions into practice, we’ll be nothing more than expositors of the opinions of others”, said Epictetus.  We will evaluate the usefulness of specific ancient and modern Stoic writings for learning the right conceptions to put into practice.  Also, we will select a book to read and discuss at subsequent meetings.
