Professor Hagen will speak about his current research on the conduct and consequences of national elections and also about elections in our battleground state of Pennsylvania. Hagen founded Temple’s Institute for Public Affairs in 2004 and served as its director until 2008. He was formerly director of the Center for Public Interest Polling at the Eagleton Institute of Politics, at Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
