Schooner North Wind Youth Program

Many organizations have a mission to provide education and experiences to young people. Gloucester City Sail stands out for doing it
on a boat. Youth from the Philadelphia and Camden areas get the opportunity to learn about science and history—while also doing some shipboard work—on the Schooner North Wind as it plies the Delaware River. This program is run entirely by volunteers and funded by charter rentals and ticketed public sails. The Philadelphia Inquirer named Schooner North Wind its 2024 Philly Favorite Boat Cruise.
